Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party tribunal has upheld the nomination of Suna West MP Peter Masara after rejecting appeal by his opponent Joseph Ndiege.
Mr Masara narrowly edged out Mr Ndiege, a former area MP, in a fiercely contested primary with the Mr Masaras winning with only 128 votes. BY DAILY NATION
