The 12 vilest monsters in Kenya
The 12 vilest monsters in Kenya committed heinous crimes in December, 2007. These monsters raided the home of Joyce Chepkemoi in Mawingu, Kuresoi North.
Joyce was then 24 years old, married with two girls, Sharon and Miriam, and eight and a half months pregnant.
The 12 vilest monsters in Kenya were armed with machetes and mayhem. They stripped Joyce and her husband naked.
These monsters then chopped off her husband’s toes, fingers, ears, private parts, before slashing his throat. As they perpetrated these atrocities, they taunted: “Now, count the votes.”
The 12 vilest monsters in Kenya told Joyce to say her last prayers. They slashed her and chopped off some of her fingers.
These monsters removed a pot of githeri that was boiling in the jiko, then pressed her face on the red-hot charcoal, as others slashed her. Joyce slumped to the ground and died.
The 12 vilest monsters in Kenya left after burning this family’s shop, car and killing their livestock.
The 12 vilest monsters in Kenya are going on with their lives. Not so for Joyce. Joyce’s body and that of her husband were taken to Molo Mortuary and dumped with other rotting bodies; all victims of post-election violence.
Three days later, Joyce came back to life. Fearing that Joyce was a ghost, a mortuary attendant attempted to strike her dead. Joyce called on the mighty and matchless name of Jesus.
A strange force hit the morgue attendant and knocked him down. Joyce was taken to hospital, and later gave birth to a healthy boy; Emmanuel.
The faces of these 12 vilest monsters in Kenya were covered. Joyce cannot identify them. But, just like Cain, wherever these monsters go, the blood they shed will identify them.
These monsters have 12 red indelible Xs on their foreheads. They think they have got away with murder and mayhem. But the angel of vengeance knows every detail of their lives, down to the time and day of execution.
Abject poverty
The 12 vilest monsters in Kenya are fathers. I wonder what these monsters are teaching their children.
As their children have a semblance of normalcy, Joyce’s children are languishing in abject poverty.
For years after Joyce was discharged from hospital, Sharon and Miriam rejected their mother because of her disfigured face.
They adamantly insisted that she was not their mother. Joyce has suffered colossal amounts of stigma and rejection. Joyce is the strongest woman in Kenya. Period.
The 12 vilest monsters in Kenya are, perhaps, churchgoers. They may even hold positions in their congregations. I’m ashamed to share one faith with these monsters.
And don’t tell me nobody in their congregations know what these monsters did. If that is so, it means the Holy Spirit is MIA in those assemblies. Why? Light and darkness cannot coexist.
Plus, I feel guilty to be part of a Body of Christ that has abandoned one of its own, a widow, to undergo unendurable anguish while some of its clerics swim and sink in lucre and luxury.
No wonder our prayers for revival have fallen on deaf ears.
The 12 vilest monsters in Kenya are not men. No man can carry out such inhumane acts.
These monsters crossed that thin line in the DNA strand that divides men and demons.
If you are living with these monsters, brace yourself for a bloodbath. One day, these monsters will unleash evil on you.
In the Bible, 12 is the number of government. The 12 vilest monsters in Kenya are symbolic of our representatives.
And the fact that, 14 years later, Joyce has not got even a whiff of justice means one thing; the 12 vilest monsters in Kenya have accomplices. Fifty-three million-plus willing accomplices. BY DAILY NATION
