The purported challenge was to “see” 100 men within 24 hours.

On Monday, Mandy Kiss revealed her plan via her Instagram page, setting the date for the attempt as October 30.
She also shared a promotional flyer featuring the Guinness World Records (GWR) logo. The flyer stated the event would be held in Ikorodu, Lagos, though it did not specify a venue.
The announcement quickly gained significant attention, with many people expressing shock and disbelief at the controversial nature of the proposed record.
“100 men for 24 hrs! I can and I will,” she captioned the promotion flyer.
Mandy Kiss, who sometimes refers to herself as the “President of Olosho,” is known for her provocative and often controversial content.
Guinness World Records Responds
Following the public uproar, Guinness World Records addressed the situation. The official GWR account on X (formerly Twitter) issued a concise statement to clarify their position on the matter.
“This is not a record we monitor,” Guinness World Records stated.
The response from GWR indicates that the organisation would not recognise such a record attempt.
In the past, Guinness World Records has also discontinued other record categories deemed too dangerous. For instance, the “longest kiss” world record was deactivated due to the health risks associated with sleep deprivation.
A History of Controversial Attempts
Mandy Kiss’s announcement follows a trend of Nigerian creators attempting to set various Guinness World Records, particularly in the wake of Hilda Baci’s record for the longest cooking marathon two years ago.
While many attempts, like Hilda Baci’s, have been successful and well-received, others have drawn criticism and controversy.
The Nigerian content creator’s proposed record attempt was widely condemned online, with social media users pointing out that GWR does not approve of such “sex-a-thons”.
Despite the clear rejection from the official record-keeping body, the announcement served to boost Mandy Kiss’s public profile further.
