When Dreams Become Warnings, How My Sleep Showed Me Success While Real Life Fell Apart

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but dreams don’t lie and mine were trying to save me. For years, I would sleep and see myself living in mansions, driving big cars, giving motivational talks, and signing million-shilling deals. I’d wake up smiling. The dreams felt so real I’d even get angry when I realized I was still stuck in my single room in Kayole, eating dry ugali with salt.
