A family in Maralal town, Samburu county is desperately looking for their kin who has been missing for almost a month. Tony Ongeshi went missing from home on Friday, January 3, according to his heartbroken mother. Which school did Ongeshi attend? The high school student at Igwamiti Secondary School in Nyahururu, Laikipia county vanished with some money. The young man disappeared with KSh 1,000 meant for school fees leaving his family in great distress. “Tony disappeared from home at 9 in the morning and I have not seen him until today. Since his disappearance, we went to Maralal Police Station and reported the matter,” Felis Kerimbo, Ongeshi’s mum emotionally shared.
Felis Kerimbo contacts family over missing son Kerimbo mentioned she reported the case of her missing child to the chief in the hope of getting help. They have been making calls to family members looking for a viable lead concerning teenager Ongeshi. “We have contacted some family members from my side and his father’s side but our efforts have been futile. We have neither seen nor heard from him,” she faintly said with disappointment on her face. Felis Kerimbo’s plea to her missing son The distressed woman had a moving message to her son. “Wherever you are as your mother I want to tell you that I love you so much and I pray for you to return home so that I can have peace because I have no peace at all. I have been restless since you left. I cannot sleep. I am always thinking about you my son and I love you,” she said as she broke down.
The family held prayers at home as they asked the Almighty God to protect and guide him wherever he is. They believed through prayers and actions of looking for him, their efforts would be a success in the end.
