Former NRG radio host and full-time digital content creator Chebet Ronoh has named running as her number one go-to workout routine.
Urging people who want to get their Zoom on this year and shed weight among other things to start incorporating running in their daily routines.
In a video shared on her TikTok page, the content creator highlighted a series of benefits she has noticed in her mental and physical state which she attributes to running.
“If this is the only thing you are ever listening to me say please run,” started off the 24-year-old.
Ronoh added, “Like even if you can only do a jog, please run. Running will save your life,”
She highlights some of the differences she has noticed in her life ever since she picked up running, which has her convinced that it is the ultimate life changer.
“It gets rid of toxins, you are happier, you just feel lighter and to top it off the dopamine levels are insane. And the happy levels, like the genuine happiness you will have I swear you will just be walking in a room, and you are just like, ‘hey sweetie! Hello (in a high-pitched girly voice) and you can’t even explain it.
Also, you get to build a better relationship with yourself because when it is difficult or painful you are like, ‘keep going I love you,’ ‘keep pushing!’ The intrusive motivation is so natural and with time you will find yourself applying it in every other area of your life,” Chebet Ronoh enthusiastically shared.

Wrapping up on the subject the former radio host state that things don’t come easy, reminding folks the first few times before one’s body gets accustomed to the new norm are borderline treacherous but once you get the hang of things and running becomes a part of your routine then it is a walk in the park
“Obviously the first few rounds are going to suck and are going to be painful but once you keep on pushing you are going to fall in love with yourself and baby that heart health! Oohh hunnay,” she dramatically added while emphasizing the goodness of running packs for one’s heart health.
