IEBC submits all election forms at Milimani court

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) on Wednesday afternoon submitted all the election forms to the Supreme Court.

The forms 34A, 34B and 34C, which were used to declare the winner of the August 9 polls, will be used as evidence in the case challenging President William Ruto’s win.

Those present were CEO Marjan Marjan and Commissioner Boya Molu.

Lawyer Wambua Kilonzo is also present.

It’s a legal requirement for the commission to produce the documents 48 hours after the filing of the petition.   BY THE STAR
