Ivory worth Ksh 10 million recovered in Embu

 

Officers from the National Police Service (NPS) and Kenya Wildlife Service have apprehended two suspects in possession of elephant tusk weighing approximately 53 Kgs.

According to the officers, the three elephant tusks confiscated are valued at Ksh 10.6 million.

The suspects are in Police custody awaiting arraignment in Court for the offences of dealing in and/or possession of Wildlife Trophy.    BY KBC NEWS
