Kenyan forex trader and content creator Raymond Omosa, popularly known as Kenyan Prince, has unveiled the completed house he built for his grandmother.
Omosa first shared his plans for the project in May 2025, when the property was still at the foundation stage. At the time, he was seen standing beside his grandmother inside the unfinished structure and explaining that he was building the home for her.
More than a year later, Omosa has returned with a tour of the finished property, showing followers how the project has taken shape.
Inside the new home
The house has a grey-and-white exterior, a black roof and a spacious veranda at the front.
During the tour, Omosa walked viewers through the interior, showing the living area, kitchen and four bedrooms. The property also includes an en-suite master bedroom and a separate study room.
The latest footage showed modern lighting and finished fittings, although the rooms had not yet been furnished when the video was recorded.
“Ladies and gentlemen, this is what I have been building for my grandma. It was always my dream to make it happen.”
The project reportedly took about a year to complete, turning what began as a construction site in 2025 into the finished family home.
The woman behind his journey
For Omosa, the house has a personal significance beyond the construction itself.
The forex trader has previously spoken about being raised by his grandmother after losing his mother when he was four years old. According to reports, his early years were marked by financial difficulties, with his grandmother taking care of him.
When he first revealed the project, his grandmother appeared shy about being filmed. She eventually introduced Omosa as her eldest grandson and acknowledged that he was constructing the house for her.
The latest tour showed her inside the completed home as Omosa showed off the different rooms.

Despite the impressive property, it was Omosa’s grandmother who provided one of the most memorable moments from the tour.
As he moved around the house and interacted with her, she firmly told him:
“Don’t touch me.”
The unexpected response amused viewers and added a light-hearted moment to the house tour.
The new home marks the completion of a project Omosa had publicly documented from its earliest stages, giving his followers a glimpse of the finished four-bedroom property and the woman he built it for.
