Newly appointed Government Spokesperson Isaac Mwaura has assumed office.
On Thursday, former Government Spokesman Lt. Col. (rtd) Cyrus Oguna handed over the docket at his former Telposta office.
In the recent Cabinet reshuffle early this month, President William Ruto named Mwaura as the Government Spokesperson and will be deputised by Mwanaisha Chidzuga and Gabriel Muthama.
During the handing over ceremony, the new Government Spokesperson was accompanied by his two deputies.
