Exams can be one of the most stressful times in a student’s life. No matter how much you study, sometimes it feels like the results never reflect the effort you put in. Sarah, a student from Nairobi, Kenya, experienced this firsthand. Despite spending long hours revising and attending extra classes, she struggled with low grades and constantly felt anxious before every exam. She began to worry that she might not achieve the results needed to get into her desired university.

Like many students, Sarah tried different study methods to improve her performance. She created schedules, joined study groups, and even consulted tutors for extra guidance. While these methods helped a little, her results were still inconsistent. The stress continued to build, and she began to feel frustrated and hopeless.
