Tileh Pacbroh’s Unpacked: The Seven Pillars That Keep Me Going

Content creator and choreographer Tileh Pacbroh has opened up about his personal life, sharing details about his favourite foods, football preferences, and his experiences growing up in different neighborhoods across Nairobi.

In a candid interaction with fans, Pacbroh revealed aspects of his upbringing and lifestyle that many have never heard before.

He described his early life as a mix of different experiences, having grown up in Lunga Lunga, Makadara, Kibera, and later Rongai.

“Very many places,” he said, reflecting on how his movement through various neighborhoods shaped his perspective and creativity.

Pacbroh credited these environments for giving him the resilience and cultural understanding that continue to influence his work in the entertainment industry.

Love for Chapati and Simple Cooking

When it comes to food, Pacbroh didn’t hesitate to share his preferences. He mentioned that chapati tops his list of favorite meals, describing it as a dish he can enjoy at any time of the day.

In contrast, cabbage ranks lowest on his list, as he admitted it’s a meal he rarely eats unless necessary.

Asked about his cooking skills, Pacbroh joked that boiled water is the dish he cooks best, a humorous acknowledgment that he doesn’t spend much time in the kitchen.

Football Allegiances and Banter

On matters of football, Pacbroh made his loyalties clear — he is an ardent Chelsea supporter.

He explained that his admiration for the club started years ago and has remained strong through the team’s highs and lows.

However, he also shared that Arsenal is his least favourite team, citing their fan base as particularly challenging to engage with.

“Arsenal fans are the most annoying,” he said, laughing as he noted that the banter between Chelsea and Arsenal supporters often gets intense online.

Pacbro’s Seven Pillars of Peace and Productivity

In a direct response to a fan  in 2024 on Instagram who praised his “simple” nature and called him a role model, Pacbro laid out the structured daily routine he follows to maintain his peace and drive.

Pacbro’s list highlights a commitment to self-care, focus, and a no-nonsense approach to personal boundaries. His core activities include working out, which is evident from his regular gym videos, followed by eating for simple sustenance.

He then focuses on taking care of oneself, making personal well-being a priority, before moving to hustle for career growth.

Tileh’s concise statement, “I have everything,“ coupled with his focus on a disciplined, peaceful routine, suggests a clear and forward-looking mindset as he navigates co-parenting his son, Tiago, and continues to build his dance academy in Lavington.
