Prince Indah Admits to an Mpesa Problem Most Kenyans Wish They Had

Celebrated Ohangla musician Prince Indah has once again left fans amused with his trademark honesty after admitting he has no idea how much money is in his M-Pesa account.

Speaking with journalist Shiku Gitau, Indah revealed that the constant flow of cash in and out of his mobile money account makes it impossible for him to know his exact balance.

“I don’t know my M-Pesa balance right now because I receive money every now and then and I send money every now and then. There’s a lot of transactions, so I can’t tell,” he said.

His remarks drew laughter from fans online, many interpreting the confession as a lighthearted display of success and the busy financial life that comes with being one of Kenya’s most sought-after musicians.
