Ohangla megastar Prince Indah recently sat down for a candid session. He participated in a quick-fire Q&A segment with SPM Buzz.
During the discussion, Indah made a surprising confession about his childhood ambitions. He revealed that he almost pursued a completely different career path before becoming a celebrated musician.

Pilot Aspirations Deferred
Prince Indah confirmed that his earliest and biggest dream was not in music. He stated clearly that he wanted to be a pilot when he was growing up. This dream of flying high was a significant goal for the artist.
However, the powerful pull of the stage ultimately proved stronger. Indah explained the precise reason why he opted to defer his aviation dreams. He found himself drawn away from the cockpit and towards the creative world.
“Actually, I was to be a pilot. But I but I had this feeling of doing music too,” Indah revealed.
This deep, inherent desire to create music ultimately shaped his path to stardom.
The Man Behind the Music
The Ohangla star also offered insights into his character. He described himself as a calm and very articulate person. Inda insisted that he is a very simple man.

He handles his affairs in his own way. The musician stressed that he does not allow himself to be pressured by external expectations.
Indah also shared a glimpse into his personal life and significant losses. His lowest moment in life was when he lost a loved one.
He specifically mentioned when “Baba” left, causing him to cry. Indah cherishes many memories of “Baba”. One memorable moment was when Baba waited two hours for him at a function.
Financial Flow and Personal Life
When queried about his personal finances, Indah noted his status as a busy professional. He was unable to state his current M-Pesa balance during the interview.
He noted that he receives and sends money constantly. He likened his constant transactions to operating a bank. He also confirmed that he operates with three active mobile phones.

Indah named his wife and children as his best friends. He also clarified his stance on financial equality in relationships. He stated that he would not support a 50/50 arrangement.
Indah believes that any responsible man must be fully responsible for the relationship. He advocates for a 100% commitment to provision.
The Future of Ohangla
Looking ahead, Prince Indah announced a major musical project. He revealed that his next big album is titled Timeless anthems. The release date for this anticipated album is set for this coming November.
