William Ruto: Video of President, Son Dancing During Event Surfaces

A video of President William Ruto and his son George Ruto dancing at an event has gone viral, showing the head of state’s playful side. William Ruto dancing with his son.  The video, which was shot at night, shows the two alongside other people dancing to Sauti Sol’s hit song “Extravaganza,” which made Kenyans laugh and admire them online. Can William Ruto dance? In the viral video, Ruto looked full of energy and charm in a bright orange jacket and cowboy hat.

George easily kept up with his father’s rhythm. The two of them swayed and stepped in time to the Afro-rumba beats of Extravaganza. The song is known for its happy mood and the fact that it features a lot of Kenyan talent, such as Bensoul, Nviiri the Storyteller, Crystal Asige, and Kaskazini. George looked at ease and confident next to his father. He has been spotted dancing at public events before. Netizens jokingly said that Ruto might have outshone his son, with some saying he had “surprisingly smooth moves” and “undeniable stage presence.” The moment was a nice change from the president’s usual formal behavior, showing a more relaxed and relatable side of the first family.
