Her salary would go straight to paying dancers, hiring security, and covering the costs of a videographer to capture her performances and events.
“Naenda nachukua mshahara yangu yote nalipa dancers,security,videographer nabaki sina hata sumni…but at the end of the day nasema maybe kuna msee ataona”she explained further.
This commitment ensured that every performance was professionally documented and secured, creating high-quality content that fueled her future growth and justified her emerging status.
The True Cost: Walking to Work
At times, that sacrifice meant extreme personal hardship. She candidly revealed that she would often walk to work because she had nothing left for transportation, having dedicated all her earnings to her team.
