Rapper Offset has finally addressed long-standing rumours claiming he had a romantic involvement with Saweetie while she was still dating Quavo, his former Migos bandmate.
Speaking candidly in a recent interview with Keke P almer , Offset dismissed the claims and clarified that his fallout with Quavo stemmed from deeper personal and business issues, not a love triangle.
“No, it was something deeper than that between me and bro. Me and Saweetie don’t play those games we don’t even do that,” he said.
Offset explained that he believed the rumours were spread by people within the business who wanted to drive a wedge between him and Quavo.
According to him, these false narratives were designed to create tension and division within Migos a group that once symbolised unity in modern hip-hop.
Saweetie and Quavo’s Relationship Timeline
Saweetie and Quavo’s relationship was one of hip-hop’s most celebrated romances. The pair first sparked dating rumours in 2018, after Saweetie appeared as Quavo’s love interest in his Workin Me music video.
Later that year, they confirmed they were together, quickly becoming a power couple known for their glamour, affection, and coordinated style.

The Migos consisting of Quavo, Offset, and Takeoff had dominated hip-hop for nearly a decade with their chart-topping hits and signature trap sound. However, by 2021, Offset had noticeably distanced himself from the group, and by 2022, Migos was officially disbanded.
Following Takeoff’s death, fans hoped Quavo and Offset would reconcile. Although they briefly reunited at the BET Awards 2023 to honour Takeoff, their relationship has remained strained.
