Businesswoman and travel entrepreneur Sarah Mtalii has opened up about her desire to remarry while also reflecting on her co-parenting journey with her ex-husband and Bonfire Adventures CEO Simon Kabu.

Speaking during a candid interview, Mtalii said she still believes in the institution of marriage despite her highly publicized split from Kabu.

“I’m praying to God to give me a second chance because I love and believe in marriage. I am hoping my next marriage will be a bed of roses,” she said.

Smooth Co-Parenting Journey

Despite their separation, Mtalii noted that she and Kabu have established a working co-parenting system that prioritizes their children’s happiness.

“I cannot complain about co-parenting. We are doing it well. The children live with me during the week, and he has them every other weekend. He is also free to see them anytime,” she explained.

She further emphasized that their children have adjusted well to the arrangement and continue to thrive.

Message to Other Women

Sarah Mtalii also used her experience to encourage women stuck in unhealthy relationships, pointing out that sometimes separation works better for children than exposing them to toxic marriages.

“Children see everything that happens in marriages and remember how parents treat each other,” she said, stressing the importance of raising children in a peaceful environment.

Looking Ahead

As she focuses on her children and business, Mtalii maintains hope for the future, saying she is ready to embrace love again when the right time comes.

Her comments come as the public continues to follow the developments around her relationship with Simon Kabu, one of Kenya’s most prominent entrepreneurs in the tours and travel industry.
