Kenya’s Forex “Prince” Sparks Debate with Custom Mercedes-Benz

Kenya’s self-styled forex “Prince” has done it again. He’s back in the spotlight, this time for his custom-wrapped Mercedes-Benz GLE. The car, now sporting a fiery flame design, is causing a stir on social media and has everyone talking.

The Big Reveal

In a video that’s now gone viral, the trader shows off his new car with a burst of energy. He circles the vehicle, hyping it up with a freestyle chant:

“Hii ni moto si moto. Ikitu ni fire si fire… Eh buana ni fire. Fire inawaka bana.” (This is hot, isn’t it hot. This thing is fire, isn’t it fire… Eh bro, it’s fire. The fire is burning, man.)

The video is classic “Prince”—full of confidence and a bit of showmanship. It’s the kind of content that gets people’s attention, whether they’re impressed or just a little bit amused.

The online reaction was exactly what you’d expect. His comments section quickly filled with a mix of praise and a few eye-rolls.

@prince_riskey: “Hii nayo ni kali😂😂😂watu wainame” (This is too good, everyone bow down)

@muntari_21: “Sim2lie basi hatutaki forex 😂” (Just show off, we don’t even want forex)

@samnasty1: “Hii gari imekapitia different Wrap kika mwezi” (This car gets a new wrapevery month) every month)

@thee_pluto: “Hii ni Noma bro 🔥🔥🔥

His flashy lifestyle—complete with luxury cars, designer clothes, and high-energy videos—always sparks a debate. He’s one of those people you either love or love to hate.

More Than Just a Car

For many young Kenyans, this isn’t just about a car. It’s a statement. The “Prince” represents a new kind of hustle, a belief that you can make your own path and win big, even if it’s controversial.

Whether you’re a fan of his style or not, one thing is certain: he knows how to keep his name in the conversation. When he posts, the streets of Nairobi take notice. His flashy new GLE is a symbol of that.
