Kenyan singer Nadia Mukami makes a surprising revelation about her second pregnancy and future family plans. Read her candid thoughts on motherhood and what this means for the celebrated artist.
Kenyan singer-songwriter Nadia Mukami has revealed her second child will be her last.
The heavily pregnant star took to Instagram this week to share her honest feelings about motherhood and why she’s decided to stop at baby number two.
The Honest Truth About Pregnancy
In a candid series of Instagram stories posted on July 24, 2025, the “Kai Wangu” hit maker shared a meme comparing pregnancy to a survival game. She simply captioned it: “Si kurahisi” (It’s not easy).
In a follow-up post, she made her decision clear:
“Pregnancy is a blessing, but I won’t be doing it again. I tell you that.”
Nadia’s remarks come just weeks before she’s expected to give birth.
The 28-year-old, who is in a long-term relationship with fellow artist Arrow Bwoy, first announced her pregnancy on May 23, 2025, alongside the release of her single “Overdose.”

Dreams Fulfilled
When she first shared her happy news in May, Nadia expressed her excitement:“God did it. I’m so in love with this journey.”
She also revealed that she always hoped to have all her children before turning 30. With this second pregnancy, that dream is now coming true.
“Always wanted to have all my kids by 30! God did it. I am so in love with this new journey,” she wrote in one of her posts. She even jokingly clarified that, despite fan rumours, the baby isn’t named Zuwena (a nod to her earlier song “Kipepeo”) but hinted the nickname might be “Overdose.”
Nadia and Arrow Bwoy are already parents to their son, Haseeb Kai. With her second child on the way, Nadia is ready to close this chapter of her life.
