Former deputy president Rigathi Gachagua has released a detailed itinerary of his ongoing two-month tour of the United States, days after jetting out of the country. Former DP Rigathi Gachagua and his wife, Dorcas Rigathi, at an event in the US. He was accompanied by his wife, Pastor Dorcas Rigathi, and was later joined by People Liberation Party leader Martha Karua. As part of his US tour, the former DP has been engaging with members of the Kenyan diaspora, including individuals from the Mt. Kenya region, professionals, and musicians. On Tuesday, July 15, during a meeting with the Abagusii community in Seattle, Washington, he expressed appreciation for their understanding of Kenya’s current challenges and their commitment to supporting positive change. Gachagua, also the Democracy for Citizens Party leader, outlined several public events scheduled for August 1 and 2 to allow attendees opportunities to interact and discuss leadership, empowerment, and community development. According to a source who spoke to TUKO.co.ke from Dallas and shared an official invitation ‘form’, the events are part of a coordinated effort to engage the Kenyan diaspora in the US through dialogue, mentorship, and networking. The invitation confirms that attendees are required to register in advance, and all payments for ticketed events are non-refundable. Dinner with H.E.
