Bradley Marongo, widely recognized by his moniker Gen Z Goliath, has flown to Europe after landing a multi-million acting role that will see him make a debut for his first international project.
Marongo revealed this one while talking to bloggers at the JKIA International Departures section, saying that he was headed to Europe for several projects, including appearing in a section of an international movie for which he didn’t disclose the title.
This exciting development marks, a pivotal moment for the young talent, with his manager, Frank, at the helm of securing this breakthrough deal.
According to him, this initial international venture is planned for a duration of five days. The anticipation surrounding this trip is palpable, as it represents a major step forward in his career trajectory.
“I’m heading to Europe to appear in some movie in Bucharest. The first movie appearance I did with David Anguka’s movie and this will be my second time. I was a little bit shaky in my first one but right now I’ve gained a bit of experience in acting,” Bradley said.
Despite his relatively new presence in the acting scene, his manager, Frank, speaks highly of his progress. Frank acknowledges that while working with Bradley can sometimes be challenging, he emphasizes that the boy is learning and improving every day, noting a massive growth in his abilities since he first introduced himself to the internet.
Looking ahead, Bradley Marongo and his team have ambitious plans extending beyond his European stint and even considering future opportunities across the globe.
“After Bucharest, good things might happen in my favor if they decide to stick with me. Nonetheless, we will also be flying to the USA for another movie appearance, then we reroute to India and back to Dubai and then back to Nairobi,” he hinted.
Marongo thanked his fans for their continued support since he was thrust into the limelight, adding that a lot more entertaining stuff will be coming their way via his social media pages.
Marongo came to the limelight around June 2024 at the peak of Gen Z protests. His rise to fame was primarily due to his striking height and visible presence during the anti-government protests that led to the scrapping of the Finance Bill 2024.
Videos of him towering over others in the streets, often wearing shorts and a basketball singlet with sandals made from old car tires, went viral online. His extraordinary stature caught national attention, turning curious glances and photos into interviews and a growing celebrity status.
Since gaining prominence, Bradley Marongo has become an internet sensation, receiving various gifts, endorsements, and opportunities far and wide.
For instance, he secured a lucrative deal as a sales ambassador for a local flour manufacturing company and received an all-expenses-paid trip to Dubai.
He has also shared his journey from humble beginnings to success, noting how he now imports his clothes from Dubai and drives a Toyota TX, a significant change from his earlier struggles.
