The General Service Unit (GSU),reclaimed the Kenya Volleyball Federation League title for the first time since 2022, after thrashing the Kenya Ports Authority(KPA), by three straight sets in the tiebreaker match at the Kasarani Gym on Sunday.
Determined, GSU eased past KPA 25-19, 25-21, and 25-22 after the two sides were tied after the two finals were played on Friday and Saturday.
GSU has extended their league dominance to 16 titles and will represent the country at the Africa Club Championship next season alongside the Dockers.
Equity Bank settled for bronze medal after beating experienced Kenya Prisons on Saturday.
