This year, Mother’s Day celebrations were extra special for Sarah Mtalii, the managing director of Bonfire Adventures and founder of Virtuous Women, as she received a heartfelt gift that left her overjoyed. Sarah Mtalii received news that someone had named their baby after her on Mother’s Day. Was a baby named after Sarah Mtalii? On May 11, the successful businesswoman took to social media to share the heartwarming news that someone had named their baby after her. The announcement was accompanied by an adorable video of Sarah cradling the little one, ready to feed her a bottle of milk.

The video was further sweetened with a beautiful Kikuyu song that spoke of the blessings children bring, setting the tone for the beautiful message that followed. “Happy Mother’s Day, my baby, Sarah Nkatha Mtalii. A third reason to celebrate Mother’s Day, I have a new baby named after me,” Sarah wrote in the caption. She went on to invite her fans and supporters to join her in celebrating this new chapter in her life. “Team Sarah Mtalii, join me on 27th June to celebrate this baby,” she added, announcing plans for an event to mark the occasion in the coming month. However, Sarah, who recently separated from her husband Simon, did not disclose whose baby it was, but she was clearly excited about the news and took the opportunity to celebrate all mums in general. “Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible queens out there. Keep rocking that crown with confidence and grace. You’ve got this, and today we celebrate you,” she wrote.
