Kenyan Prince Sets the Record Straight on Getrude Ngovi Romance Rumours!

Kenyan forex trader Kenyan Prince has publicly refuted claims that he is in a relationship with Instagram model and YouTuber Getrude Ngovi, dismissing the speculation as “false and irresponsible.”

The businessman, who recently split from his girlfriend Stephanie Ngunjiri, took to Instagram to address the rumours, accusing Ngovi of “clout chasing” by allegedly using his name for fame.

Denial and Accusations

The rumours began after the two were spotted having lunch together and sharing a ride, sparking speculation among netizens.

However, Prince was quick to shut down the gossip, writing: “I am not dating the woman that posted me.”

Ngovi, known for her lifestyle skits and YouTube videos, has remained silent on the allegations—though she appeared to respond indirectly through a comedic video.

In the clip, she advised viewers to ignore outside opinions, saying in Swahili: “Usikilize maneno ya watu, penda mpaka akuue” (“Don’t listen to people’s words; love until it kills you”).

While the skit didn’t directly address the rumours, fans speculated it was a subtle nod to the situation.

Trouble in Paradise

The drama comes amid Kenyan Prince’s turbulent on-again, off-again relationship with Stephanie Ngunjiri, who recently announced their breakup for the second time.

In an emotional social media post, Ngunjiri accused him of being “petty” and failing to treat her right. “Kama hupendi mtu, unasema wacha ku-waste time ya mtu” (“If you don’t love someone, say it—stop wasting their time”), she wrote.

Kenyan Prince, however, offered a different perspective, claiming Ngunjiri demanded too much attention while he was focused on work.

He also denied allegations of infidelity, insisting their split was due to incompatibility rather than cheating.

Netizens Weigh In

The public remains divided, with some fans supporting Kenyan Prince’s stance against “clout chasers,” while others question whether his high-profile lifestyle invites such rumours.

Meanwhile, Ngovi’s followers have praised her for handling the situation with humour rather than engaging in a public feud.
