Wafula Chebukati’s Last Romantic Message to Wife Emerges, Kenyans React

Who is Chebukati’s wife? The prominent lawyer was happily married to Mary Wanyonyi for over 30 years. The two lived a quiet life away from the limelight and only celebrated each other during important events. On July 17, 2023, after Mary took oath as Commission on Revenue Allocation (CRA) chair, her husband romantically celebrated her.  He reminded his beloved wife to remain faithful to the Constitution and the law, in a message he shared on X (formerly Twitter). “Congratulations Mary on your appointment as Chairperson of the Commission on Revenue Allocation @CRAKenya! Your dedication and expertise will undoubtedly contribute to the mandate of the CRA and prosperity for all Kenyans. Keep your fidelity to the Constitution and the Law. Wishing you great success in this important role,” he wrote.
