Inspector General of Police Douglas Kanja and Director of Criminal Investigations Mohamed Amin have appeared in court in line with a court order requiring them to do so.
The two were required to appear in court to explain the whereabouts of three people who are still missing after they were allegedly abducted in Mlolongo.
