Rigathi Gachagua Claims NIS Deployed Undercover Cop to Trail Him for Hours, Shares Photos

Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has once again accused President William Ruto of using the security agencies to intimidate him. A vehicle (left) allegedly deployed to trail former DP Rigathi Gachagua.

Who trailed Rigathi Gachagua? In a statement on Thursday, December 19, Gachagua accused the National Intelligence Service (NIS) of deploying secret agents to trail him. The former deputy president claimed NIS deployed a car and an officer to follow him to Kalawa Ward in Mbooni Constituency, Makueni County, on Wednesday, December 18.

While sharing the photos of the vehicle and the image of the supposed NIS secret agent, Gachagua asked the government to withdraw the vehicle and deploy it in more meaningful assignments. “”National Intelligence Service, please deploy this vehicle and this officer to do some useful work to enhance our security as a Nation.

It was pointless to waste fuel and man hours having him follow us all the way from Nairobi to Makueni yesterday. “It would save public funds to detail your officers in Makueni to listen to what am saying, record and send to you instead of wasting public funds,” Gachagua claimed.
