Akorino content creator Carey Priscilla has asked her husband Benito to undergo a vasectomy.
The mother of three in an unusual social media message and picture of a gadget indicating she was closed for business, amused netizens.
According to John Hopkins Medicine, a vasectomy is a surgery a person may choose to have if they do not want to father any more children. It is a permanent male birth control.
Taking to social media Priscilla wrote
“As I said, I’m closed for business until he gets a vasectomy . I’ve popped out 3 babies back to back—your girl needs a break .”
She added
“We carry pregnancy, so it’s only fair for men to step up and take on the responsibility of a vasectomy, easing the weight of family planning on us! Where are my ladies at?!”
In response to her request, her husband wrote
“My wife na drama😢 suggest a Good hospital inafanya vasectomy? Dry spell weh.”
This year, the couple welcomed their third child.
“Our prayers have been answered! God has blessed us with baby number 3,” they wrote while announcing their third child.
Meanwhile Carey is enjoying motherhood, and on her tiktok platform, the beauty entrepreneur engages with her fans, updating and sharing every detail she can about the journey.
She has two boys and a daughter.
“God knew i needed a daughter” she wrote.
One of her struggles is getting her body back to shape. She has not shied away from showing videos of what she looks like after delivering.
Her super dark belly and healing has horrified her.
“Postpartum is straight-up ghetto!! This belly after birth? I’m shook 😂 And let’s not even talk about the CS recovery—thought I had it all down after 2 normal deliveries, but turns out I know nothing”
An enquiry from a fan about the color of her belly made her open up some more.
“No Im not wearing a black top this is my one-week postpartum belly . Any remedy?” she shyly asked
