Gen Z TikToker and social media influencer, Kate Thuku, has gained internet popularity for her viral dance challenges.

In a recent interview with Obinna, the TikTok sensation, declared that she cannot get married to a broke man.

Kate admits that she can’t get married to a broke man since he has no money. She would rather get married to a stable man.

“Honestly, I would not marry a broke man I am just telling the truth, Let him just be stable there is a difference between broke stable rich, and wealthy i would rather get married to a stable ,,, I am also not getting married to a potential.”

The 21-year-old goes on and admits she can never date a guy the same as her age. She would rather date someone above her age – terming it her age mates would be sort of childish.

“It is a turn-off… I would never date somebody like me(my age ),,, friendzone in it,” she said.

The money she makes as an entertainer online is for sustaining her parents from her burden. She believes the money meant to be sent to her parents she uses to sustain herself.

“I never sent them money but as long as I sustain myself I have already helped them, My parents should take care of me until I get married If I get married at 18 it is okay if it is 30 yes. It is the responsibility of a parent should take care of their kids ,,,,,, once you have a husband the parent knows that someone is taking care of you.”

The young content creator now collaborates with brands, leveraging the popularity of her online videos.
