Gilda Naibei, the daughter of Esther Musila, showered her stepfather, Guardian Angel, with praise following the success of his recent gospel concert, Gospo1.
In an interview after the gospel event, the 30-year-old journalist congratulated Guardian Angel and expressed how proud she was of the gospel singer for the successful event.
She mentioned that her mother’s husband met the expectations of the fans and made everyone enjoy the concert.
“This man! He killed it (x3). I wished the show wouldn’t end right now! If it could have continued… But, I am proud of you. You did exactly what everyone wanted to hear,” Gilda said.
The young lady noted that the gospel singer went above and beyond to make the show a success.
“I am so proud of him. He did everything; he was the DJ, he was singing… I mean, this was a spiritual show, and he was able to give people what they wanted. People were praising God,” she said.
She also mentioned that it was wonderful to interact with Guardian Angel’s fans and thanked them for their support.
“If you support Guardian, we are with him 100%. We are the ones who are usually with him, and we tell him every day, ‘You can do this,’ but without you, the fans, you are everything,” she said.
Gilda concluded the interview by acknowledging her stepfather as a superstar.
The young lady is one of Esther Musila’s three children from her previous marriage. She has two other siblings named Glen and Kim.
In an earlier interview this year with a local blog, Guardian Angel said that he has a very good relationship with all of his wife Esther Musila’s children.
“They are grown-ups. We have a good relationship, a very good relationship,” Guardian Angel said.
For her part, Esther Musila revealed that her children got along very well with her 35-year-old husband from the beginning.
She also disclosed that when she started dating the gospel singer, her children easily noticed because there were significant changes in her behavior.
“One day I told them I was dating this person. You know how children are, with me being their only parent, there was a notion that ‘Mom has found someone, will we be left alone?’ But Guardian came into their lives with a bang. From the first day I introduced him to them, they had a good understanding,” she said.
