Fallen TikToker Brian Chira has left Kenyans, his close friends, and his family in mourning after his untimely demise. A part of Brian Chira’s family distanced themselves from his burial. Several TikToker’s headed to Chira’s home in Githuguri, Kiambu county. This is where Chira’s grandmother rented a house. Did Chira ask his grandfather for forgiveness? Mournerers convened at his grandmother’s compound, where they had a sermon, and over 80 Kenyan TikToker’s showed up. During a live stream on TikTok, MC Chris used Baba Talisha’s account to reveal that Chira had asked his grandfather for forgiveness. Chira reportedly travelled to his grandpa’s place in Kiambu county and begged forgiveness but was turned away. “Chira is named after his grandfather. His uncles, wazee wa kijiji were all sent to talk to him. Two weeks ago, he travelled to ask his father for forgiveness, but he refused.” His grandmother intervened and asked for Chira’s forgiveness on his behalf, but in vain. “Chira was supposed to be buried where the mother was buried, but the grandfather distanced themselves from the burial. They said they don’t want anything to do with Chira’s burial arrangements, so the grandmother is alone. Those are family issues.” When will Chira be buried? Baba Talisha, a friend of Chira’s, has been rallying fans to help give the TikToker a befitting send-off. He gave an update on Chira’s burial, noting that he would be buried on March 26 in Githunguri, Kiambu county, and the family urged Kenyans to help out where they could. “The burial will be on March 26, and the funeral will take place in Githunguri, where his grandmother used to stay. The body viewing will happen at the Kenyatta Funeral Home. The body viewing will not happen at the grandmother’s home.”
