On his Instagram Page, Nelly Oaks posted a photo of Akothee, whom he termed “his joy”. Nelly expressed his love for the mother of five, saying she would always be the one for him. In his words: “My joy in one photo @akotheekenya Esther Akoth Kokeyo. You are the reasons as to why bitter lemon juice tastes like lemonade. Well given a Chance I will still choose you my love. Happy valentine’s osiepna.” Akothee responded to his message, saying she loved him and that he was her safe haven. She said that she did not care about the world’s judgment as long as she was with him. She wrote: “Sometimes I feel like the world judge me harshly but in your arms I feel safe .
