President William Ruto on Tuesday read the riot act to Cabinet Secretaries, Principal Secretaries and Parastatal Heads wo arrived late at the signing of performance contracts at State House, Nairobi.
During his speech, the head of state directed them to send a written explanation “that does not include traffic delay.”
