How did the TikTok lovers meet? Speaking to TUKO.co.ke, Mrs Ray shared a hilarious story of how they met.  “It was weird. One day, I came back home late from work, and the gate had been closed, and the lock changed. I met him at the gate too, because none of us had keys. I jumped over the gate, and he did too. That happened for three consecutive days, and I decided to be arriving home early to avoid meeting him,” she narrated. She continued: “At first, I did not want to date him, but with time, I decided to date him, and here we are.” Mrs Ray revealed that they would wed, but not anytime soon. Recently, they moved from the slums to a two-bedroom apartment far from Bombululu, Kibera, and they said they were excited. “It is a great feeling because in Kibera, you cannot grow,” she said. The lady said their families are supportive. “At first, my family was like ‘why are you doing this? You shouldn’t be exposing yourself like that’ but later they said I was not doing anything bad, and they support me,” she said.  Does TikTok pay handsomely? Fans of the couple claimed that they upgraded to a new area after getting cash from TikTok gifts, but Mrs Ray rubbished the claims. “We did not move with TikTok money. We both work. I am on a contract job, which I do between two to three hours, and my partner is a self-employed businessman,” she said. The soft-spoken lady said they have a schedule and only go live during their free time. Mrs Ray said they don’t respond to negative comments, and that is how they thrive.” She revealed the highest number of followers they have ever had on TikTok was 21k during a single live, and refused to comment on the amount they earn from the app. She thanked their fans for being supportive, and she said “I love and adore you so much. Thank you for watching us sleep.” On the other hand, while talking about their content, Ray said they found another couple Mr & Mrs Earthquake, recording videos while sleeping, but for them, they chose not to talk live. “Some people say our cuddling content is stupidity, but for us and fans, it is great content,” he said.  BY TUKO NEWS
