No bridge yet, year after River Enziu bus tragedy
Kenyans online are cautioning drivers who may drive through seasonal rivers now that rains are countrywide causing flooding.
In comments made on videos of the current situation in River Enziu, KOT are recalling the tragic loss of lives on River Enziu in Mwingi Central, Kitui, where 32 people died, The bus was swept away by flood waters.
Many are also noting that the promised construction of a bridge promised to residents is yet to be complete.
The status of the incomplete bridge in Kitui River with the heavy rains according to comment further risks even more lives.

@MorrisMaurice95I'm in Mwingi right now and I can tell you the dreaded river is still in the same state as last year. They said "tumetenga pesa tujenge hii bridge" but nothing happened. Ngilu moved on and went about politicking.
