Bill Gates lands in Makueni for farmers, health workers meeting

American billionare and philanthropist Bill Gates has arrived at Wote Town in Makueni County under tight security.

He is currently meeting Makueni Governor Mutula Kilonzo Junior ahead of a meeting with community health volunteers.
