ICT CS Joe Mucheru has said Facebook will not be shut down as he stressed on government’s commitment to promote press freedom.
The National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) had threatened to recommend the suspension of the social media giant from Kenya if it does not tame hate speech and incitement on its platforms.
