Joy because 400g baby Jeremy Tubula has multiplied

Jeremy Tubula, a premature baby weighing 400 grams, has been discharged from Kenyatta National Hospital in Nairobi.

Jeremy was born prematurely on April 1 after his mother, Catherine Joy Nkune, experienced pregnancy complications.

The problem with pregnancy has forced doctor Nkune to lay him in bed for two weeks.

On Wednesday, Jeremy was handed over to his parents after reaching 3.5 kilograms.

He is the second premature baby who weighs 400 grams at KNH since the establishment of the referral facility, according to hospital CEO Evans Kamuri.
