Uhuru goes to Kabarak to pay tribute to Jonathan Moi

President Uhuru Kenyatta on Monday visited former President Daniel Moi at his home in Kabarak, Nakuru.
Mr Kenyatta visited the former president to pay tribute to his son Jonathan Toroitich Moi who died last week.
The President who arrived at around noon was received by Baringo Senator Gideon Moi.
Mr Kenyatta signed the condolences book before proceeding for a private meeting with the retired President. He stayed for about two hours at Kabarak before leaving at around 2.30pm.
Following the sudden death of Toroitich, President Kenyatta described him as a humble, kind, generous and courageous person.
In his message of condolence, President Kenyatta said Mr Toroitich will be remembered for his pioneering exploits in motorsport as a rally driver, and as a successful farmer, businessman and entrepreneur.
