High Court judge Luka Kimaru has directed police to immediately release lawyer Miguna Miguna.
The judge said that Mr Miguna remains free on the Sh50,000 anticipatory bail granted on Friday.
He said Mr Miguna was within the courthouse and that he would ensure his release.
“I have just been informed that Miguna is here. I will not leave until he is brought before me.”
The judge added that Mr Miguna should appear at Kajiado Law Courts as directed by the magistrate.
