A total of 3,286 graduates were conferred with certificates, diplomas, and degrees across four schools, reaffirming the institution’s position as one of Kenya’s leading hubs of professional excellence.
Held under the theme “Innovate, Elevate, Impact,” the ceremony highlighted KCAU’s continued commitment to shaping graduates who are not only ready to meet today’s workforce demands but are also equipped to lead transformative change across industries and communities.

Championing Innovation and Purpose-Driven Education
Speaking during the event, Prof. Isaiah I.C. Wakindiki, Vice-Chancellor and CEO of KCA University, applauded the graduating class for their resilience and dedication. He emphasized the university’s focus on innovation-driven education that aligns with Kenya’s evolving economic landscape.
“This year’s graduates embody the spirit of innovation and resilience. As they step into the world, they carry with them the skills, values, and mindset to elevate industries and impact communities,” he said.
“At KCAU, we remain committed to nurturing graduates who not only adapt to change but also lead it.”

The 2025 ceremony also showcased KCAU’s expanding international presence, with students from East, West, and Southern Africa taking part in the graduation.

Graduate Distribution Across Schools
The graduating class comprised students from the following academic divisions:
School of Business – 1,213 graduates
Professional & Technical Training Institute – 1,032 graduates
School of Technology – 750 graduates
School of Education, Arts & Social Sciences – 291 graduates
This wide range of programmes reflects KCAU’s strong alignment with Kenya’s rapidly evolving job market, preparing talent across business, technology, technical fields, education, and social sciences.

Leadership Insights and Strategic Vision
Mr. Sitoyo Lopokoiyit, CBS, Chairperson of the KCA University Council, reaffirmed the Council’s commitment to strong governance and excellence in academic delivery.
“The University Council remains steadfast in ensuring that KCAU continues to deliver quality, relevant, and impactful education. Earlier this year, we approved the 2024–2028 Strategic Plan, positioning KCAU for enhanced innovation, strengthened partnerships, and sustained academic excellence,” he noted.
Presiding over the ceremony, FCPA Dr. Martin Oduor Otieno, CBS, Chancellor of KCA University, encouraged graduates to step boldly into their next chapter.
“Innovation begins with a curious mind and a willingness to solve real problems. As you elevate professionally, remember to uplift others and make a meaningful impact wherever you go,” he said.
“Kenya and the world need leaders of integrity and purpose, and today, we proudly release such leaders.”
