Two suspects notorious for stealing from locked motor vehicles parked outside banking halls have been arrested.
Charles Mulwa Mwema and Shaban Maingi Rashid were arrested following well-coordinated efforts by detectives from DCI Embakasi and the Manager of NCBA Bank Utawala branch.
The suspects are linked to a series of car break-ins and thefts, including a significant incident on November 23, 2024, at Bensquare Police Post, where they stole Ksh 500,000 from a locked vehicle.
They are currently in custody and undergoing processing, pending arraignment
