Kapseret Member of Parliament Oscar Sudi has expressed confidence that President William Ruto will be re-elected in 2027. What Oscar Sudi said in Elgeyo Marakwet During Kerio Valley Interdenominational Prayers at Tot, Elgeyo Marakwet County, on Sunday, January 5, Sudi confidently declared that Ruto will serve two uninterrupted terms as Kenya’s Head of State. . Sudi dismissed claims of political instability, asserting that Kenya has never had a one-term president, and Ruto will not break that tradition.
“I have some people whom we removed from office talking ill about the president. President Ruto, nobody should threaten you. Have you ever seen a country where a president serves for one term? They will jump up and down but in the end everything will be okay. President has remained with eight years before parking his luggage and leaving the chance for someone else,” Sudi said. Sudi, who spoke in front of the president, criticised those slamming the Kenya Kwanza government over rising cases of abductions.
The outspoken Kapseret lawmaker cheekily criticised the president for failing to appoint him as the Interior Cabinet Secretary. MP Oscar Sudi said that given the opportunity to serve as Interior CS, no one will ever criticize the government or abuse President Ruto.
