UDA candidate Francis Muraya has been declared the winner of the Rurii ward by-election.
He garnered 4,303 votes.
Deputy President William Ruto congratulated him for his win.
Speaking after his win, Muraya said, “We have endured, we have been pushed, but we made it.”
