For many years, Michael Kato from Mukono District, Uganda, felt completely invisible at his workplace. He was known as a hardworking and disciplined employee who never missed deadlines. Michael arrived early every morning, handled tasks others avoided, and often stayed late to ensure everything ran smoothly. His supervisors relied on him heavily, yet when it came to recognition, his name was never mentioned.
