I Was Always Failing Exams No Matter How Much I Studied – Then This Happened, Makerere Student Tells

For several semesters, Kevin, a second-year student at Makerere University in Kampala, Uganda, struggled to pass his exams. No matter how many hours he spent studying, attending lectures, or revising past papers, he would always score poorly. Subjects that other students found easy seemed impossible for him. Every semester, he watched friends celebrate good grades while he sank deeper into failure.

Kevin started feeling hopeless and believed he was somehow destined to fail academically.The frustration affected more than just his academic life. Kevin began losing confidence in himself, avoiding social events, and even skipping classes because he feared embarrassment. His parents, who had worked hard to pay his tuition, were disappointed but didn’t know how to help.
