Dr BokkoA 27-year-old boda boda rider from Kisumu County has surprised many after claiming that a love spell helped him win the heart of a wealthy businesswoman who had previously ignored him.
The man, identified as Victor Otieno, said he had admired the woman for months but never believed she would notice someone of his humble background until he turned to spiritual intervention.
Otieno explained that he met the woman, who owns several boutiques and salons in Kisumu, while delivering a parcel to her shop early this year. “I liked her from the first day, but I knew she was far above my level.
