Dr BokkoA woman from Meru County has stunned Kenyans after revealing how she miraculously survived a deadly road accident that claimed 35 lives along the Meru-Nairobi highway. The tragic crash occurred this year near Nithi Bridge, a known black spot that has recorded multiple fatal accidents over the years.
The woman, identified as Mary Nkirote, said through her social media account that she had survived the crash without a single injury while sitting in the middle section of the bus. The accident involved a bus heading to Nairobi that collided head-on with a lorry, killing most passengers instantly and leaving others trapped in the wreckage.
