An unusual twist in corporate restructuring has taken center stage after a man who was fired just two months ago returned to the same company and was appointed as its operations manager. The man, a 34-year-old logistics officer, was dismissed in May from a major packaging firm in Thika. The reason for his dismissal was officially described as underperformance.
